Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected delivery address.

During peak periods, holidays, or high-demand sales events, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

🇦🇺 Australia: 6–8 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 6–8 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–8 business days

🌍 Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high courier demand, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs delays may also occur, which may extend the total delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing, failed delivery, or order cancellation.

If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our customer support team may contact you by email to verify your details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at Support@gracesome.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your information, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has already been processed or dispatched.

Delayed Delivery

At Gracesome, we understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. These may include courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, address verification issues, product availability issues, or payment processing delays.

If we become aware of any issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that Gracesome is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you updated and assist wherever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is lost or stolen during the shipping process.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the package is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the courier directly.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at Support@gracesome.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We may also contact the courier on your behalf to help follow up on the shipment. In some cases, the courier may require you to file a claim directly or provide additional information.

Please note that Gracesome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier, and such cases may fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If the package cannot be located, we recommend filing a claim with the courier and, where appropriate, filing a police report.
